This is hard to say since it seemed that Ash liked all of them, but he never kissed any.

It's up to the viewer on whether Bianca or Latias kissed Ash. Personally, I believe it was Bianca. It being Latias could create endless fanfics. Each one creepier than the last.

Well, I don't think Bianca was even in that movie, I just think it was Latias the whole time

No, Bianca wore a beret, and Latias couldn't talk. Also there was one scene with both of them.

one thing I really liked about the movie is that it never really forced you to notice the relationship. You could ignore it if you wanted to.
