Looks good, except the Draco Plate on the Dragonite, switch it to Expert Belt.

and maybe spruce up that venusaur a bit. put a lot more EV's on the defenses and put synthesis instead of amnesia. it would probably make for better walling because you could heal while they're asleep. I'm probably completely wrong on this, but idc.

Also, you don't want a rain dance sweeper on a non-rain dance team. if gorebyss happens to die, skuntank is ruined. I recommend An agility subpetaya Empoleon. Itss a much more effective sweeper than this gorebyss.

1. your ev's are too high on most of them, its 252, not 255.
2. please add some description on your pokemon.
3. seriously, grass whistle on venesaur when it has sleep powder. ALso use leech seed, sleep powder, energyball and sub/sludge bomb.
4. this team will not survive a typeical OU mtach, due to the fact that it has a lot of UU's and NU's. i recommend you change tehm to normal OU's, but, then again, i don't know how your team works becasue of the lack of explanation.

You can test this out, and see what you are most weak too, then the CK can help fix it.

brawler is right, its ok but for ou it needs some major changes if your going for a rain dance sweep with gorebyss you should just focus this team around gorebyss with a few pokes for back up you should put rain dance on crobat instead of gorebyss seeing as crobat is a extremley fast pokemon and it would be easy to set up with.
Also if you are going to follow my advice you should add a few extra rain sweepers a some good ones are ludicolo and kingdra, but if you are determined to have uu pokes in your team have a look at kabutops and omaster
